We strive to get orders out as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. 

We want all of our customers to be entirely happy with their order. If any issues, please email us at info@kinfolkbookstore.com as soon as possible so we can attempt to mediate your concern.

Kinfolk has a 30-day refund policy. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may contact us at info@kinfolkbookstore.com to initiate the return process. Refunds can be processed onto the original payment mode or to a store credit. 

We accept cancellations and edits prior to shipment. Once shipped, we can longer cancel or edit an order. Contact us at info@kinfolkbookstore.com as soon as possible to cancel or edit.

We ship internationally. The buyer will be responsible for all VAT and custom costs. We will still ship the order within 3-5 business days. All purchases are in US$ (USD).
